Injection Grouting: Structural Crack Repair and Active Leak Sealing

Injection Grouting is a highly specialized technique used to seal active water leaks and repair structural damage from the inside. It involves injecting specialized chemical resins (like Polyurethane or Epoxy) or fine cement slurries into cracks, voids, and porous areas under high pressure. This process ensures the material penetrates deep into the substrate, offering a permanent and durable repair.

Key Problems We Solve:

  • Active Leaks: Stopping water that is actively flowing or seeping through concrete cracks (common in basements, water tanks, and tunnels).
  • Structural Cracks: Filling voids and micro-cracks in walls and slabs to restore the original structural integrity of the concrete.
  • Weak Foundation: Stabilizing and strengthening loose soil or weak foundations by filling the voids underneath the structure.
  • Non-Invasive Solution: Providing a solution for internal leakage without requiring disruptive external excavation (especially useful for below-grade structures).

Our Specialized Grouting Techniques:

  • Polyurethane (PU) Grouting: Ideal for active water leaks. The PU resin reacts rapidly with water, expanding and forming a flexible, waterproof foam that instantly stops the flow and seals the crack.
  • Epoxy Grouting: Used for structural repair. The epoxy resin bonds the cracked concrete back together, restoring the original load-bearing capacity of the member.
  • Cementitious Grouting: Utilizing ultra-fine cement slurry to fill large voids and consolidate granular soil or weak joints, providing mass stability.
  • High-Pressure Injection: We use professional-grade pumps and injection packers to ensure the grout material reaches every capillary and void within the structure.

Result: We guarantee a permanent, flexible, and pressure-resistant seal that stops current leaks, prevents future water ingress, and strengthens the overall concrete structure.
